'One can shout right in someone's ear and not be heard. One can scream and roll on the floor and still be met with indifference. Be grateful you can shout. Do keep quiet. Don't you notice that what you say will be used against you? That your boundaries are set in vain? Screaming will not protect you. Inside your mind, you may do so to your heart's content... Until insanity takes over.'
